An Easy Way to Complete the Qur’an this Ramadan

Assalamu ‘Alaikum,

I have just found a very easy way to complete the recitation of the Qur’an in this blessed month. Unfortunately you will need to have a long commute to work on a bus or a train for it to work.

I have found that instead of reading a book or the free papers that we get here in London, reciting the Qur’an on the journey into work and on the journey back is a very good way to recite at least a chapter a day so that we can complete the entire Qur’an in this month.

I know a lot of working people struggle to recite a chapter a day because of work, and by the time they get home they are tired etc. However, if you recite on your way to and from work you will see it is very easy to get a lot of recitation done in a time that may normally have been wasted staring into space, reading the morning paper, or having a quick snooze before getting into the office.

The other clever way is to recite two or three pages after every Salah so that by the time you get to Esha you’ll almost be complete.

Remember us in your Duas.

Was Salam

  1. What are the chances of not scaring your fellow commuters by taking out the qur’an and reciting it during rush hour?
