“Three persons whose Du’a is never rejected (by Allah) are: the fasting person until he breaks his fast (in another narration, when he breaks fast), the just ruler and the one who is oppressed.”

the du’as of the fasting Muslim will never be rejected and ignored insha-Allah by Allah the All-Hearing and Most Merciful, even more so the du’as of those fasting Muslims who are unjustly oppressed or mistreated by idiotic misguided boojoo non-Muslims 🙂
